- ABOUT PRE-ORDERS

The pre-order items are currently NOT in stock, after the pre-order period is over they will be sent into production. It could take up to 1 to 2 months for everything to actually be shipped.

I will be updating my socials periodically whenever I get updates on the production and the shipping of all the orders. However, if you have any questions about how the production process is going or how long will it take, please make sure to contact me through this page or twitter dm so I can look up your order and see how that is going. 

- ABOUT SHIPPING

I'm shipping from Spain. The shipping is a standard bubbled wrapped envelope. 

I'll update everyone individually when their orders are shipped, and from that it could take from a few days up to weeks for the order to arrive. 

Please contact me if there's any problem or if after a few weeks you haven't recieved your order.

Every order is set to be returned to me in case of getting lost during shipment, so if I get anything returned by the mail company I'll be contacting you to ask if you'd like me to try shipping again or if you'd like a refund on the value of the products. 

- ABOUT RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

I will offer a return, refund or exchange if:

- I accidentally sent the wrong products (You can keep the wrong products and I'll send you whatever you are missing, or you can get a refund for whatever you are missing)
- I accidentally sent the order to a wrong address (I'll offer a refund or send a new order to the correct address)
-Charm or standees are broken/damages inside their package (I'll offer a refund or send a new order to the correct address)

I will NOT offer a return, refund or exchange if:

- If your address was wrong (if you notice that your address was wrong beforehand, please contact me so I can change it)
- If your order was returned/not delivered because of not paying the custom/taxes
-Missing or damaged items due to postal service
